Worksheet 2

1) Name 3 different ways to interg a chart into a Word document
     - Copy and Paste
     - Embedding
     - Linking

2) If a chart has been embedded into a Word document how do you edit it
     - You right click on the chart go down to worksheet object > edit

3) If a chart has been insearted using Copy and Paste, can you change its type if so how
      - You can if  1) you double click on it 2) Open the worksheet manualy 3) Right click the inserted chart and
         select Linked Worksheet Object – Edit Link

4) If this message appears what problem has occurred
      - It means that you have moved the file you have linked into the file you are trying to open

1) 3 different ways to include a spreadsheet into word

       - Copy and Paste

       - Embedding - paste > paste special > select the top option > ok

       - Linking - paste > paste special > select the top option and tick past link > ok

2) What is the different between linking and embedding

       - Linking is when the file is only displayed in the file it has been linked to and if the linked file gets moved
          it will no longer be in the file it has been linked to.

       - Embedding is when the embed file is always in the file it has embed into even if the original  file
          gets moved

3) Name 2 ways to edit an embed file in word

       - right click on it go to worksheet object then edit
       - double click on it

4) What dose the popup box mean

       - It is asking if you would like to recreate the links to linked objects inside the word document once you
          have moved it if you select no it will no longer show the linked files in the word document
